One of the Most Common Steel Panel Repair Areas is the Dog-Leg or Door Repair. The MAXI EX configuration brings the technician eye level with the damage. The ergonomic position saves the tech from bending over or kneeling and prevents unnecessary daily stress on their body.

Just WELD • PULL • TWIST! The Dent Fix Equipment MAXI DF-505EX110 is a 110 volt single phase steel dent pulling station that provides the technician with the power they need to shrink, pull rocker panels, hail damage, creases, dents in hard to access areas and all types of metal damage.

The efficiency of this tool increases the workers productivity while producing a cleaner, better repair. Taking the idea of a stud welder one step further, this versatile tool will:

1. Weld pins & keys
2. Weld a slide hammer directly to the panel
3. Weld a light pulling rod
4. Weld wiggle wire for even crease pulling
5. Weld a rod for leverage pulling
6. Shrink metal

DentFix DF-EZN1 EZ Nitrogen Plastic Welder – The DF-EZN1 EZ NITRO PLASTIC WELDER is unique in its use of proprietary Flow Adjust Switch Technology (FAST). The FAST system makes the DF-EZN1 the easiest nitrogen welder to learn and use. It simplifies nitrogen welding and eliminates flow adjustments by the user. This significantly reduces the time to set up the welder and gets the work done FAST.

Equipped with two welders, the DF-EZN1 EZ NITRO incorporates both a nitrogen welding torch and an airless welding torch. The nitrogen torch is air cooled. It is essential to establish and maintain air flow before turning the welder on, and air flow must be maintained until the nitrogen torch cools down. (Usually 10 minutes to cool down after powering down)

The unit comes with plastic rod in various types and sizes to enable the user to weld different types of plastic and different types of damages. Also included is a roll of aluminum tape to hold parts together when welding. The hand seaming tool help shapes, flatten, and insure that repaired flanges and tabs are the correct thickness.

The cart is equipped with a tank regulator, tank brackets, tank chain, a heat gun holster, and a power strip for powering other tools.
