This specialty tool will cut through to free the panel easily and cleanly without causing more damage. Simply tap with a hammer to insert and then tap on the side to cut through and free the panel. The weld breaker is sharpened on both the leading and side edge. Easy to re-sharpen when dulled.

DentFix DF-EZN1 EZ Nitrogen Plastic Welder – The DF-EZN1 EZ NITRO PLASTIC WELDER is unique in its use of proprietary Flow Adjust Switch Technology (FAST). The FAST system makes the DF-EZN1 the easiest nitrogen welder to learn and use. It simplifies nitrogen welding and eliminates flow adjustments by the user. This significantly reduces the time to set up the welder and gets the work done FAST.
Equipped with two welders, the DF-EZN1 EZ NITRO incorporates both a nitrogen welding torch and an airless welding torch. The nitrogen torch is air cooled. It is essential to establish and maintain air flow before turning the welder on, and air flow must be maintained until the nitrogen torch cools down. (Usually 10 minutes to cool down after powering down)
The unit comes with plastic rod in various types and sizes to enable the user to weld different types of plastic and different types of damages. Also included is a roll of aluminum tape to hold parts together when welding. The hand seaming tool help shapes, flatten, and insure that repaired flanges and tabs are the correct thickness.
The cart is equipped with a tank regulator, tank brackets, tank chain, a heat gun holster, and a power strip for powering other tools.

The twist is larger than the shank which is 8.0mm and has a flat spot on it to be tightened into our DF-15 Series Spot Weld Drills. This German made bit may be used with off brand spot weld drills. We also offer this bit with a Titanium heat resistant coating as part # DF-1610T. Our drill bits a specifically designed for the abuse of spot weld drilling. Flat ground for strength, centering nib to prevent walking. Our German made spot weld bits are available in 3 sizes, 6.5, 8.0 and 10.0 mm. These Cobalt high-speed steel mix bits are 45mm long and work with all brands of spot-weld drills. Titanium (gold color) is a heat resistant coating that extends drill life by about 50%.
