Must have plastic welding accessory that recreates the perfect slot tabs!
The Plastic Tab Repair Kit assists in performing fast, strong slot tab repairs on plastic parts. Choose from a set of 5 different sized slot dies, ranging in size from ¼” (6mm) to ¾” (19mm), to repair virtually all the current slot tabs.
The included hand seemer is used to compress the tab and angle after welding.
Slim profile dies help the hand seamer lay down flatter and give abetter shape when compressed. The hand seemer is double hinged to allow it to compress the angle in a much flatter manner than single hinged hand seemers. A big 3” head compresses a larger area of the damage tab angle reducing warping and high spots. Each slot die is color coordinated for better identification and powder coated for durability. Perfect when using our EZ Nitro Welders (optional) and our Hot Staplers that utilize StapleClips.
