Both applications allow a technician to set up a stored Main Component and perform a removal or installation within five minutes. They eliminate physical lifting and allow one technician of any size or strength to do the removals or installations.

This package comes with two rear mounting options for semi hood removal or installation:

Tilt Scoop Mount: This application requires the grill to be removed. It allows the technician to remove the semi hood, quickly, safely, and with little to no effort. This is a great option when performing collision repairs, fiberglass, or aluminum repair. The technician can tilt the hood to the perfect angle and perform repairs in the most visible and comfortable position.

Non-Tilt Mount:This application does not require the grill to be removed.  It allows the technician to remove the semi hood, quickly, safely, and with little effort. This is a great option when performing mechanical repairs that require the hood to be removed.

Both applications make removing a semi hood a very EASY, FAST, and SAFE process for one technician. They keep the hood or box very secure and allow the technician to easily relocate them anywhere in the shop.
